n7star Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "n7star" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting website operated at n7star.net, including all its sub-pages, games, services, and features.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the n7star platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the n7star registration process.
• "Services" refers to all products, games, features, promotions, and support offerings made available through n7star, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and the n7star cashier.

To register and maintain an active account on n7star, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This age threshold is set in accordance with Philippine gaming law and is strictly enforced by n7star.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and automated systems are not permitted to hold n7star accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming services is lawful. n7star's services are primarily intended for users located in the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of n7star or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not already hold an active n7star account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. n7star may request supporting documentation — including a valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card — to verify your identity and age before activating your account or processing a withdrawal.

n7star reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the eligibility requirements above are not met, or where the information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your n7star account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your n7star account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of protection for your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or any individual claiming to represent n7star support.
• Immediately notify n7star's support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device or a public internet connection.

n7star will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to n7star in a timely manner and n7star has confirmed receipt of that report.

n7star accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• GCash — Instant deposits and withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes.
• PayMaya (Maya) — Instant deposits and fast withdrawals.
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — Bank transfers processed on the same business day.
• BDO Unibank — Bank transfers processed on the same business day.
• Metrobank — Bank transfers processed on the same business day.
• Cryptocurrency — Accepted for deposits and withdrawals via designated crypto channels.

All deposits made to your n7star account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. n7star does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to have originated from a payment source not belonging to the registered account holder, n7star reserves the right to void the deposit, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. n7star may require you to submit documentation confirming your identity and the ownership of your withdrawal method before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to additional verification checks, particularly for large amounts.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the n7star cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.

n7star does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside n7star's control and are the Player's responsibility.

n7star offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all n7star bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion's terms, which may include account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount of real-money wagers that must be placed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

• A player may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.

• n7star reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human data-entry mistake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n7star platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or accessing it on behalf of someone who is.
• Accessing n7star from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using n7star for money laundering purposes. n7star complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with n7star games, the cashier, or any other part of the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with n7star's systems, servers, or software in any way.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false documentation during the verification process.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the n7star platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the n7star platform without prior written consent from n7star.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any n7star content or software.
• Use the n7star brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization from n7star.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the n7star platform using automated tools or manual processes for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of n7star's intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n7star shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the n7star platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity failures beyond n7star's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered within it.
• Errors or inaccuracies in any content, game result, or sporting outcome displayed on the platform.
• Any viruses, malware, or other harmful components transmitted to your device as a result of your access to the platform, where such transmission was not caused by n7star's negligence.

n7star's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your n7star account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits n7star's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

You may request the closure of your n7star account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

n7star reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks or provision of fraudulent documentation.
• Engagement in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder themselves.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, n7star reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. n7star will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the affected player via their registered email address.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to n7star's customer support team for informal resolution.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings against n7star shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.

To raise a formal complaint with n7star, please contact the support team and provide the following information: your registered account username, the nature of the dispute, the date(s) on which the relevant events occurred, and any supporting documentation. n7star will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

n7star reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. n7star may also notify registered players of material changes via their registered email address or via a notification banner displayed upon login.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the n7star platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using n7star and may request the closure of your account.
